Momentum is building as we enter Q3
Speed and certainty now matter as much as design. That's true whether we're fitting out a hotel, a retail unit or a hospitality space — clients want to know exactly when they'll be trading, not just what it'll look like when they are. It's the standard shaping everything we're delivering right now across London and Europe. Here's where things stand, with several projects in Q2.
Titanic
McCue has been appointed to deliver a project at the world-renowned Titanic Belfast. We are very excited about this development as we officially have work underway.
Meridian Bar
McCue is delivering the fit-out for The Meridian, a new bar experience at Armagh City Hotel rooted in the city's history of astronomy and navigation, part of a wider £4m investment in the hotel. Designed by Drinksology — the team behind New York's The Dead Rabbit — it's their first Northern Ireland concept.
BoTree Hotel
McCue is delivering the fit-out for Triplebond, a new social wellness members' club opening at the five-star BoTree hotel, featuring Marylebone's first rooftop pool alongside recovery suites and a wellness café. A technically dense build reflecting hospitality's growing crossover with wellness.
Air Bar 13
Delivered on the 13th floor of the Überseequartier, Air Bar 13 is a 750 sqm rooftop bar with panoramic views over the Elbphilharmonie, Speicherstadt, harbour and city centre, with space for up to 180 guests and its own event terrace.
It's a fit-out built to work as hard commercially as it looks — a venue designed to flex between everyday trade and full exclusive-hire events. For hospitality operators, that dual-use flexibility is increasingly the brief: a space has to earn its keep across multiple revenue streams, not just one.

Current Works
Olympia London is being transformed from a historic exhibition venue into a world-class destination for culture, business, entertainment and hospitality. The wider redevelopment will bring together a range of new venues, event spaces, hospitality areas and public realm, creating an integrated visitor experience in the heart of West London.
As part of this transformation, McCue is currently working across multiple areas of the development, supporting the delivery of high-quality interior environments within this iconic destination.
Located in the heart of Mayfair, Cambridge House is undergoing a major transformation, bringing new life to a landmark building with a rich architectural and cultural heritage. The project forms part of a wider vision to create a high-quality destination that respects the character of the existing building while introducing carefully considered modern interiors.
McCue’s work is focused on key areas within the development, supporting the delivery of refined interior spaces that require precision, coordination and craftsmanship.
