McCue delivered a full Hollister store fit-out in the centre of Birmingham: a busy, constrained retail environment where access, noise and programme all have to be managed around neighbouring units and shopper footfall.

Retail fit-out lives and dies on two things: brand consistency and programme certainty. A national retailer expects every store to feel the same, and every day the unit isn't trading is revenue lost.

The work was sequenced to protect the programme, keep the surrounding centre clean and safe, and hand over a store that needed no second look — so the client could open on plan and start selling.
