Zen – The Duck House

About This Project

Hakka Noodle Bar, Adelaide Street, Belfast, was recently transformed, during a 2 week refit, into Zen – The Duck House.

During the 2 week fit out we re-located the main entrance of the restaurant so customers could enter directly from Adelaide Street through the new metal entrance lobby which features antique effect glass. Inside the restaurant a private seating area, “The Duck House”, was built, glazed screens were manufactured and fitted to the balustrades and a new glass and bottle rack fitted above the bar area. Mechanical and Electrical works were carried out as well as painting and decoration.

The centre piece of the restaurant is a large tree adorned with over 8000 tiny yellow ducks, behind it a mural created by a local student artist, creating a truly unique dining experience in Belfast.
