Mercantile Dublin
Scope of Works
Set within one of Dublin’s well-known Georgian buildings, the Mercantile has long been a recognisable presence in the city’s hospitality landscape. Its recent refurbishment sought to reinstate its prominence while respecting the architectural character that defines the building.
McCue was appointed to deliver the bespoke joinery package across key public areas. The project required a careful balance between contemporary design intent and the preservation of original features, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, coordination and programme. All works were completed within a 12-week delivery period.
Our role centred on the manufacture and installation of high-quality joinery elements, tailored to complement both the historic fabric of the building and the updated interior schemes. Close collaboration with the wider design and construction team ensured that new interventions sat comfortably within the existing structure.
