McCue is proud to have completed the full fit-out of Dumpling Library, a stylish new restaurant situated in the heart of Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter at St Anne’s Square.

The project involved a complete reconfiguration of the existing space to create a fresh and contemporary dining environment that reflects the vibrant character of the area. Our team delivered a bespoke bar designed to serve as the focal point of the restaurant, complemented by carefully selected finishes and detailing to enhance the overall aesthetic.

As part of the refurbishment, the existing wooden flooring was restored and refinished to maintain its warmth and charm, while new mechanical and electrical systems were installed throughout to meet the demands of a modern hospitality setting. Every aspect of the fit-out was carried out with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring a high-quality finish that aligns with McCue’s reputation for excellence.
