McCue was appointed to complete various fit-out projects at Claridge’s Hotel, including bedrooms, lift cars, and areas of the mega basement, such as the ballroom and staff restaurant. Collaborating with designers like Michelle Wu, O’Donnell O’Neill, and Blair Associates, McCue’s team crafted bespoke joinery that complements the hotel’s art deco style.

Scope of Works

McCue fitted out 59 bedrooms using Burr Maple and exclusive fabrics, and the staff restaurant with eucalyptus wood, oak, stone, and antique brass. The ballroom was restored to its original splendour with platinum-enhanced joinery and a three-tiered ceiling uncovered during the restoration.
