Hotel | BoTree Phase 2

Client: Shiva Hotels | Location: Marylebone, London | Completed: August 2026

Two years after The BoTree opened, Shiva Hotels returned to McCue as main contractor for the next phase of the hotel’s development. The work covered the 8th and 9th floors, with two new penthouse suites and [the Triplebond, one line on what the space is], alongside new wellness and fitness facilities on the lower ground floor.

The hotel stayed fully open throughout. That meant planning every stage around guests and day-to-day operations: phased access, controlled working hours and tight coordination with the hotel team. Acoustic separation was a priority, with new facilities built directly alongside active hotel areas. The finish had to match the standard guests already expect from one of Marylebone’s newest five-star hotels.

Working with Greenway Associates as contract administrator and quantity surveyor, the team handed over in August 2026, giving The BoTree new spaces for hotel guests and members.
