Inside The Botree Suites, Marylebone
The suites at The Botree in Marylebone are finished, and they're our latest hospitality fit out.
It's the kind of project we love: a boutique London hotel where guests notice every detail, and where the finish has to feel effortless the moment you walk in.
The brief
The goal was simple to say and harder to pull off: suites that feel calm, warm and properly luxurious, without feeling over-designed.
That meant close collaboration with the design team from day one, so every material, joint and junction landed exactly as intended.
Getting it done
Central London fit outs come with their own challenges. Tight access, careful deliveries and neighbours to keep happy, all while holding a high finish standard.
Good planning made the difference. Our team kept the site organised, the trades coordinated and the quality checks constant, so small details never became big problems.
The finished suites
The result is a set of rooms that feel like a proper escape in the middle of Marylebone. Rich finishes, beautiful joinery and a sense of quiet you don't expect a few streets from Oxford Street.
