Working within the constraints of this historic London landmark, our team combined meticulous craftsmanship with technical precision to bring each restaurant’s unique vision to life. From the refined elegance of La Dame de Pic, led by Michelin-starred chef Anne-Sophie Pic, to the vibrant, contemporary fusion of Mei Ume, every detail was executed to the highest standard.
