Overview

BBQ22 is a new restaurant delivered for Zen Restaurant Group, located within St Annes Square. The project involved a full refurbishment of the existing unit, transforming it into a high-quality hospitality space within a tight programme.

McCue’s FM team led the project from the outset, managing all stages of delivery and ensuring the site was prepared for an efficient start on site.

Scope of Works

The works included strip-out and enabling works, followed by the installation of building services and full fit-out.

The programme was carefully sequenced to maintain progress across all stages of the build, with coordination between trades ensuring that key activities could progress efficiently while maintaining control over programme and quality.

Delivery

Delivered over a 40-day programme, the project required a focused and disciplined approach to maintain momentum on site.

Our FM team coordinated all trades and managed day-to-day site activity, ensuring works progressed in line with programme. This structured approach enabled the team to maintain control throughout and deliver the project on schedule.
