Administrator Role – Maternity Cover

McCue is seeking an administrator for 6 months of maternity cover.

You will be required to provide a comprehensive administration service to the McCue team


Working hours:

As required to successfully carry out the role, but generally between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday 4.00pm Friday.

Wage level:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must have achieved GCSE’s in Maths and English at grade C or above.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.


  • Provide general administration support to the other administrators, Contract Managers and Site Managers
  • Assist in booking accommodation and travel (Hotels, flights, boat bookings).
  • Assist with the collation of a wide range of project files to undertake;
  • Photocopying
  • Typing
  • Filing
  • Laminating
  • Creating of new files
  • Data Entry
  • Provide cover for Reception as and when required and carry out full procedures whilst covering.
  • To participate and support all Company initiatives with compliance of procedures and requirements for ISO9001, 14001 & 18001, FSC and Investors in People Standards.
  • Any other duties conducive to the effective operation of the post which the Company deem to be within the post holder’s competence.
